How much is delivery?+
Delivery is free anywhere in Ghana. There is no extra charge on top of the price you see.
Do you deliver outside Accra?+
Yes. We deliver to Accra, Kumasi, Takoradi, Tamale and Cape Coast and beyond, and delivery is still free. Our team will confirm the timing when they call you.
When do I pay?+
When the rider hands it to you. Nothing is paid to place the order.
How much can it record?+
About 200 hours of audio on the 16GB memory, and 8-10 hours of continuous recording on one charge.
How do I move recordings to my computer, and charge it safely?+
Plug it in with the USB cable from the box and it appears as an ordinary drive. Use that cable — some others only carry power. Charge from a computer or a normal 5V phone charger; the printed guide warns a 9V fast charger can damage it.
Is it legal to use?+
Recording your own lectures, meetings, interviews and voice notes is an everyday use. Recording other people can be governed by law and by the rules of the place you are in, so please use it lawfully and get consent where it is required.
What if it arrives faulty?+
Check it in front of the rider before you pay. If something is wrong, do not accept it — call us and we will sort it out.
